As you are searching for answers to that one answer to the mystery of how to get rid of high blood sugar health issues, we have to do some sleuthing in order to arrive at the conclusion that will help get our very health back that has eluded us for so many years and even destroyed many’s lives by cutting them short.
Before going any further, I want to let you know that I’m not just another marketer that is tossing out solutions willy nilly. I, too, have been walking along side the millions that have diabetes. So I know the pains and the side effects all too well.

after a while this type of lifestyle gets to be very wearing on your life and thoughts of giving up on this and just letting the disease take it’s course may have come and stayed or perhaps you chose to fight on.

Choosing Your Path To Health
For those that have issues with high blood sugars, I’m going to challenge you to find out why your blood sugars are going high. High blood sugars are anything above 120. Normal range is between 80-120. So, if you want to prevent any health issues, you will need to know why your blood sugars are reacting like they are.
Here’s a quick video from a doctor that I found on YouTube and he has written a book called the Diabetes Code. He does a good job of helping people reverse diabetes and this video is based on some logic that will help you figure out how to get out of this mess of high blood sugars.
One way to reverse insulin resistance it so go on a fasting schedule. If you read Dr Fung’s book, he goes into several different types of fasting schedules that could work in reversing this resistance.
I’m doing a fast right now to reverse my insulin resistance but it’s using a product that is all natural based fiber which helps you stay full longer and thus allow you to go longer and not be hungry. It’s called the Feel Great System and I’m loving the results so far.
