This video is a guideline to how I’ll be moving forward and showing how to reverse diabetes as I have learned.
One of my passions is to be healthy and over the past 15 or so years, I have not been healthy. I’ve dealt with blood sugars being so high that they were not able to measure them. This is also true with the A1C reading which was >15.5
To give you a bit of reference if you’re not familiar with the A1C reading. A normal reading is below 6.2 and can be as low as 4.5.
So, it has been and still is a journey to find what works.
What Strategy Works for Diabetes?
Here’s what I’ve tried over the years and some had great success in some ways but others not so much.

When really looking to reverse a disease, you have to take a look at what is freely being given out and then find the way that isn’t so popular. For instance, a medication that isn’t going to cure a disease is not a viable solution for long term success. I suppose it is a way to help you be more comfortable while you use other methods to help reverse the disease.
So when I started talking to my trainer, he mentioned that there were some inconsistencies in what they are telling us and that is why we all need to be asking questions to both the medical society and to ourselves. This is the way to find answers that actually work.
When I Was Diagnosed
When I was first diagnosed I was given some medications that helped me feel better and so I continued on the same path. Little did I know, these medications were only allowing the disease to get worse. Sure my blood sugars were not showing the real story by showing me good numbers. But I was taking medications that would be creating those “other 5 symptoms” that we all have heard about.
Those meds lasted a while and I eventually started forgetting to take the meds or just no longer wanted to take them. I didn’t address my diet however, and that was a mistake.
As time progressed, I thought that I would need a different approach to my health and since I was not able to hold down things like eggs, cheese, etc. I went to a naturopath that would be able to tell me a clearer picture of what my health looks like.
The First Strategy To Better Health
The first thing that she told me to do was to go and clean out my food immediately. No longer was I supposed to eat bread or pasta’s. Soda was a blatant “no no” as well. She ran tests on me to see if there were any allergies that needed to be considered in my diet. To my surprise there were many allergies – which I had never had before growing up.
I used to be able to eat like a horse so to speak. Yes, I was a sugar-o-holic but I was working out and very active. Sugar wasn’t a worry.
As of the day I heard about the allergies, I was on a track to get rid of diabetes but I didn’t know it. Of course there’s the thoughts that come to your head saying “don’t continue on the course you’re on because it’s not working or it’s a lot of work”. My advice now is to not listen to those thoughts.
Strategy For Reversing Diabetes
So after all the experience that I have gone through, I have started believing that the only way and the cheapest way (free is very cheap) to get rid of your ailments is to manage it with your diet. This is not the only strategy though.
One thing we all need to believe is that everything we see in our lives all started from the spiritual world. So, that makes you think deeper. More towards a mindset or what I call a heart set.
Jesus said in Mark 11:24, if we believe in our heart we will have whatever it is in our heart.
If there’s a difference between a mindset and a heart set then that is what we will measure things by.
The next strategy to getting rid of diabetes for me is to search through the word of God for verses that state things like:
- I’m already healed
- Jesus paid for my healing
- Salvation scriptures
These are to be meditated on daily and even multiple times per day. I’ve started (as stated in the video) to repeat these verses as I pray before each meal. Also, the very time that I spend praying, I also pray these scriptures during the times I have been administering insulin to myself. Insulin is a very new thing for me (about 90 days as of the writing of this blog post).
I’ve been doing things as I have been instructed by the Holy Spirit – and they are working.
Along with the spiritual aspect, we can’t ignore the physical aspect of healing. I’m now lifting weights 2-3 times a week with a trainer and I’m seeing very good numbers. I’ll be on my trainers youtube channel very soon. So when that happens, i’ll post here so that you can watch the interview.
If you’re looking for a way to put more space between meals, this method also works wonders while you are abiding with Christ.
As for the numbers I’m seeing after working out…
I started one workout at 183 and finished at 92 all from working out. This proves to me that there is an abundance of sugar in my organs. I’m currently doing more research on the effects of sugar in our bodies and how to rid the excess sugar from out body to create the best environment to stay healthy.
